About the event
Students are responsible for flight and group splits cost of lodging(camping), transportation, and food. Last years group was flights+ 100p/p for the total trip (camping, vehicle, and food). Purchasing flights further out and using buddy points/ companion air fare etc. helped with cost. Can discuss fundraising pending group size.
